• We purchased the full version of this plugin (beware as the paid plugin makes you automatically sign up for an automatic annual subscription).

We have had endless problems and the woocommerce error log catches multiple errors with the coding on this plugin. Eg . 2020-04-01T01:02:36+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Etsyorder::fetch_etsy_orders()

The plugin itself is clunky and causes the site to slow down significantly.

The “order import” doesn’t bring any orders into your main woocommerce screen, it puts them into a separate random list which is unusable. The product list itself on the plugin shows no SKUs so if you have lots of products it is impossible to work out which is which to end or relist things.

The “stock update” helpfully marks things into stock on etsy that have been sold out for weeks (back to the original upload quantity) and doesn’t update when things are sold in woocommerce. I ended up manually having to edit everything despite the plugin supposedly doing it for us. Since this plugin kept marking out of stock products re-available we ended up having to delete these on etsy to stop it doing it.

Honestly – I feel like I have been completely ripped off. I contacted the plugin support team multiple times regarding the issues we were having and continual bugs and the stock reply is “give us your admin login details”. No attempt to actually fix the bugs in their plugin from the detailed error logs provided.

Eventually we asked for a refund which was ignored. Please don’t waste your money like we have.
