Absolutely the best plugin and author

I want to thank Scott Allen of Red Sand Marketing and author of the WP-Spamshield plugin for helping us troubleshoot and fix our site. If you are a WordPress site owner, you will find no better Anti-Spam plugin, nor a better plugin Author to work with if you ever have issues.

WPSS doesn’t require CAPTCHA to annoy your community that’s trying to comment on your site. It’s unobtrusive, and I haven’t had a single spammer since I started using it.

I had an issue with the latest release, contacted the author (Scott Allen) and received an immediate response offering to help. I think I should mention, prior to the support email, I had never met or had any interaction with Scott. Scott still went out of his way to ensure MY SUCCESS and didn’t stop until my site was up and running smoothly once again. He provided me with custom code to ensure my site would stay running and is going to incorporate it into his baseline of his next release. What more could I ever think to ask for? Did I mention his plugin is FREE!?!?!?

Thank you Scott for all the help and endless hours your time that you contributed to make this “one off” site function again. Also, thank you for this incredible plugin. It is literally the first thing loaded on any new site I create. ??
