    Error messages through the plugin and no help on the Woocommerce site (their ticketing/support software doesn’t work either). I’ve lost enough money trying to use this plugin and I’m going back to Stripe. Don’t waste your time.

    It saddens me to hear that you had some issues with WooCommerce Payments. Not only do we take a lot of pride in the extension, but we also try to make ourselves available via tickets, live chat, and these forums to assist anyone who runs into issues with it.

    I am not seeing that you opened up any threads on the forums about WooCommerce Payments, and I’m also not seeing any tickets/chats in our system related to the site in your user profile. It’s definitely possible that you might have been experiencing issues on a completely different site, but, if that’s the case, I’m unable to discern what that other site may be.

    We understand that WooCommerce Payments isn’t the perfect option for everyone, which is why we still continue to develop and support our Stripe gateway alongside WooCommerce Payments. With that said, if you can provide some more detail about the errors you experienced, we can shed some light on the errors or flag them to our engineering teams so that they can work toward resolving them.
