I’m sorry you feel that way. Having reviewed the conversation myself, I can confidently say somebody was definitely abusive during the exchange, and it wasn’t our support people…
We do our best to help people but when you treat our support staff the way you did and put more focus on ranting and complaining than actually troubleshooting, it makes it very difficult to help you resolve your issue.
