Accept all does not work

    Hi,
    We have an “accept all” button called “Tout accepter”. If I click this, the permissions do not get updated. Similar for the red “refuse all”.
    To replicate:

    From any page, click the green “Tout accepter” button
    Browse to another page
    Click the link “Gérer le consentement” (manage permissions) at the bottom of the page
    Click “Parameters” (which allows you to accept and reject permissions
    The problem is, they are all still grey / deactivated.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @jeyjoo,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The shortcodes for accept and accept-all buttons are different and you seem to have included the former in the banner message settings. Please go to GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Customise Cookie Bar > Message and ensure that you used the shortcode [cookie_accept_all] instead of [cookie_button].

    Clear the cache from backend before viewing the front end to reflect the changes made.
