    Greetings!

The “Accept” banner is not showing on iOS devices, and is thus blocking certain assets of the site from loading, which is rendering the site unusable. Works fine on a desktop browser, and checking via mobile screen size simulator works as well. No errors in the console that I can see.

I checked for any relevant settings in iOS, and anything obvious is OK. I did check two browsers (Safari and Brave) and the problem exists in both.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks!

    Sincerely,

    Hi @jmunsonii,

Can you try temporarily disabling WP Rocket, and load the site in an Incognito window once disabled?

Just let me know about the result.
    Kind regards,

Disabling WP Rocket allows the site to function on mobile. So, I checked WP Rocket settings, noted that the separate cache for mobile devices was enabled, which disabled and then re-enabled WP Rocket. Site works as normal.

To double-check, I enabled the separate cache for mobile devices – the site failed to load correctly.

Currently the setting is turned off so the site functions correctly (not needed on this site anyway).

    Thanks for the pointer!

    Sincerely,

    Hi @jmunsonii,

Glad to hear that helped for mobile devices.

I did notice another error in the console though, which may also cause the banner to not appear correctly. This is likely related to the “Javascript Minification/Optimization” feature in WP Rocket.

You can leave this functionality enabled, but I would recommend excluding Complianz from this feature by entering the below path to “Excluded JavaScript Files” in WP Rocket:
    /wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/(.*).js

    Hope it helps!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno
