Accept donations in honor or in memory of someone

I’m wondering if Charitable makes it easy/possible to allow people to submit donations to our organization in memory of or in honor of someone? We want to give people that option, which makes giving more appealing for some, and record that information so that our thank you and donor relations emails and other contacts are respectful of that intention.
