Accept new terms of service after first login for existing registered users

I am migrating existing subscribers/users (via CSV) from one website/domain to a new website/domain . These current users have accepted the original domain’s TOS, but I have a new TOS for the new website/domain. Is there a simple way (plugin) to force my existing subscribers to accept the new website’s TOS upon their first login? I only need them to accept the TOS upon the first login and obviously have some record that they accepted the new TOS. I’m not sure it matters, but I’m using Paid Memberships Pro which handles new subscribers accepting TOS upon subscribing.
