accept / reject buttons twice, language problems

    Hi there,

    I have really trouble with the latest version of your Plugin.

    When you look on my Website, you’ll see that the accept / reject / read more Buttons are shown twice. I don’t know why, I put the shortcodes just one time in the Cookie message bar.

    Next Problem, even worse:
    I have a 3-language Website, using WPML. My main language is german, so I set all the Texts (Headline / message / Buttons) in german and translated them afterwards in the string translations of WPML.
    I saved the german Texts and they were shown on the webite in the Cookie-box-popoup. Fine.
    When I visit the site again, I see an english Header, a French message and french button Texts.
    In the Settings of your Plugin, I found the same confusing language-mix shown – originally I saved the german Texts.
    It seems, that the Plugin does not Keep the Content after saving…

    Last issue: It doesn’t matter if I whether accept or refuse the Cookies – the popup is coming again on every site. Do I have to make anything else, that the popup disappears after clickling?

    Do you have an idea what I could make to solve These issues? Thanks a lot.

    Hi @julia0902

    Regarding the duplicates we noticed that you have used the code snippet for enabling the cookie message bar as a popup in addition to the admin settings for the popup feature. Please remove either of these so that you have this enabled at only one place.

    As for the issue with translation, please reach us via support link here with your site access details so that we can take a look at it and assist accordingly.
