Accept Terms & Conditions on check-out page

    Hi

    I’ve just added the ‘Terms & Conditions’ checkbox on my check-out page through WooCommerce in WordPress.
    However, if I click on the checkbox, it isn’t checked. You can only see a change in color (from black to red when checked) but the box isn’t checked.

    I truly hope this problem can be resolved as it is quite confusing for my customers this way.

    if I click on the checkbox, it isn’t checked. You can only see a change in color (from black to red when checked) but the box isn’t checked.

    I just checked your store, and saw the same issue on my end too. This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

      • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
