Acceptance Checkbox not visible in WP 4.4.2

  • Hi,

    I upgraded to WP 4.4.2 yesterday, and when I created a new contact form today (using the latest version of Contact Form 7), the Acceptance Checkbox that I coded doesn’t show up. In fact, no checkboxes show up.

    This code: [acceptance acceptance-test]
    Produces an empty spot on the screen with no checkbox.
