Acceptance Field dosent work in group

    Hi,

    the plugin works fine, but when i use a acceptance field in a group, then the submit button is disabled, even when the group is hidden.

    Can one not use the acceptance field in a group? So that the submit button is only disabled when the group is displayed?

    Hi Jemil,

    I checked and you’re right. According to the definition of the acceptance field, the acceptance field is something to be only used to specifically accept some terms and conditions that apply when submitting the form. So I don’t think a hide-able group is a good place for the acceptance field.

    If you need a user to agree to some conditions that only apply if they filled out the fields in a certain group, I don’t see a reason to not use a regular required checkbox instead. Like so:

    [checkbox* checkbox-acceptance "I agree"]

    I’m open for any counter arguments though ??

    Yes this was then also my solution with a simple checkbox.

    Generall you are right, but i think what is when one have three different options, for example, and each selected option has its own conditions. This is maybe a reason i think.
