    Hello,
    I have two consent fields:
    [acceptance abc]I agree something[/acceptance]
    and
    [acceptance xyz optional]This I also agree[/acceptance]
    In email body I have:
    [abc]
    and
    [xyz]
    And…
From second acceptance (xyz – optional) I always get information: Not consented.
It does not matter if the checkbox is checked or not. Always is “Not consented”.
    How to fix it?

Where can we see the website?

Website is under construction, but you can view and test the contact form. You should receive a copy of the message. Website: https://bit.do/eN2C6.

    It’s working correctly.

If both checkboxes are marked, I should get 2 consents.
If the second checkbox is marked, I always get information about the lack of consent.
    From your test email:
    Consents:
Consented: *I consent to the …
Not consented: I agree to …

Sorry, but it’s not working correctly.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the website?

I’m testing The7 theme and plugins: Convert Plus, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page Builder + Ultimate Addons, Ultimate GDPR, WooCommerce, WP mail logging, WP smtp, Yoast SEO.

Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Seventeen).

Hmmm… I did not have time before, but today I checked the plugins. It looks like that the “Ultimate GDPR” plugin is causing a problem.
