Acceptance Label not inline with check box

    Try adding this CSS rule to your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, don’t forget to click on Publish button:

    span.wpcf7-list-item .wpcf7-list-item-label {
    display: inline !important;
    margin-left: .5em;
}
