Accepting and Managing Articles

Is there a plugin for WordPress that would permit articles to be contributed for submission and then reviewed for editorial content and correction before being released for publication in predefined categories. In addition, from the admin side, can editors be assigned privileges specific to a single category or subject heading? Thanks.
