Accepting Meetings

  • Hello,

    I was wondering if there was a way for us, as admin, to accept or refuse bookings by clients? So far I see that the client can accept or refuse the meeting, but I was hoping that we can do that as well as admins.

    Hi Paul,

    Currently, the client can make a booking as per his wish. After booking, he has option to cancel or reschedule the booking.
    For admin, they have option to cancel or reschedule the booking done by the client.

    I think apart from the above options, you like to have an option to accept or refuse the booking by admin. By putting the booking into the pending status as soon as booked by the client?
