Accesing wp-admin not working anymore

My website is harrymitchelldesign.com and I think I have managed to some how change the admin panel path by accident.

Normally to get to my wordpress control panel I went through this

https://www.harrymitchelldesign.com/wp-admin/

but as you may see this is not working, when I try and click log in at the error page it tries and re directs me to

https://www.harrymitchelldesign.com/latest-work/wp-login.php

I need to revert my admin page to start going back to just domain/wp-admin

At the moment I cannot access my wordpress control panel in anyway so I must fix this through the ftp.
