access code files to posts

Ages ago I removed the option for comments from my WP.org blog. I did this by removing the code. Now I’ve put it back in, however, it only provides comment options from this point forward.

There is one previous post I’d like to receive comments. Where do I find this file? In which folder is it located and what type of file is it?
