Access Dashboard subdomain

I have created a subdomain from my original domain https://www.twinflamehealersmh.com called se under the same database. I have together with my host https://www.one.com first created a folder called se in the filemanager and copied all the originals files into this se folder. I have also in the php created new tables called se. I also had to deactivate all plugins in php options to be able to login to admin. I do have administrator rights for me as a user and it is copied as everything else from the original files from the main sight. The dashboard does not appear after login and it seams as I have user right only. What to do?
