Access Denied?

    Could you please send us the following information to help us investigate the cause:
    1) The page on which you get access denied error.
    2) The version of php you are running
    3) The version of WordPress you have installed.
    4) User role with which you are operating when the error occurs.
    5) Whether this is a multisite or single site environment.

    I was able to get around it by unzipping the files and manually adding them to both servers.
