"Access Denied"

I recently moved a WP site from Yahoo hosting to GoDaddy, the nameservers and arecord apparently are still pointing at yahoo so that the client’s email with yahoo will still work. During this process I cannot access wp-admin or wp-login.php. I get “Access Denied”. Godaddy was able to get me in by going to a certain URL then selecting menu from the admin drop down but now that no longer works either. I really need this fixed so that I can edit the site. If anyone can recommend a paid service even please do I am at wits end with it. I’ve tried wp-config, looking through the database, I mean everything I could google I have done including tons of codex suggestions. I’m desperate. The url is https://www.averygc.com Thank you.
