    Greetings,

I’m trying to use the latest version of your plugin (2.9.3) to generate invoices for customers, but for some strange reason, I always get the “Access Denied” error. It’s almost like I don’t have the correct permissions to access it, even as admin. This happens whether I’m signed in as a customer, or as admin on the back-end.

I tried enabling the mPDF Debug setting, but it doesn’t show any errors on screen. I’ve also increased my memory limit for WordPress and PHP to 256MB, but the issue persists. What could be causing this issue?

I would really appreciate your help with this.

    Thanks!

By default administrators and shop managers are able to download the invoice. When you are using a third party plugin to add roles, you will have to add them with a filter. See FAQ on how to add different roles.

    Hope this helps.
