Access Denied

    Trying to log in via /wp-login.php failed and we received the message “The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.”

    I disabled this plugin and was able to login.

    I’m hosted on Siteground and my plugins are:

    Akismet Anti-Spam
    Autoptimize
    Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
    SG Optimizer
    Share Buttons by AddThis
    Smush
    WooCommerce
    Wordfence Security
    WZone Lite – WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates
    Yoast SEO

    I’m running another site with Security Headers on Siteground and it has no problems.
    That second site has the following plugins installed:
    Akismet Anti-Spam
    Autoptimize
    SG Optimizer
    Smush
    Wordfence Security
    Yoast SEO

    Plugin Author SimonRWaters

    The error sounds line MOD_SECURITY, which applies rules to requests to deny them.

    Alas because the rules may be arbitrary you would need to contact the webhost support to understand what they are doing here.
