    Hey everyone,

    If you’re experiencing an error with the error message Access denied..., keep reading!

    When you see this error the issue is usually resolved by reconnecting your Shopify store to ShopWP.

    You can do this by opening the plugin settings and going to the “Sync” tab. From there, disconnect the plugin and reconnect again. After the connection finishes the error should go away.

    If this doesn’t help please let me know.

  • Hi, This did help fix the error, but it has happened more than once. Is there an apparent reason why this occurs?
