Access denied for query mysql.user

I’ve trying to restore my backup on a new host provider and the installer encounter an error which is an SQL grant that most hosting company wouldn’t allow to have:

DB QUERY [ERROR][/home/saraio/domains/saraf.io/public_html/mag/dup-installer/classes/database/class.db.php:608] MSG: SELECT command denied to user 'xxxx'@'localhost' for table 'user'
	SQL: SELECT max_questions, max_updates, max_connections FROM mysql.user WHERE user = 'xxxx' AND host = 'localhost'

What can I do? is there any workaround about this?
