    I have read the FAQ’s and literally need help like baby steps.

    Obviously something has changed as have been deleting plug ins I have never used.

    Have JetPack and Wordfence if that helps

    It seems to be a coding issue as the color of my blog posts have also gone from white to grey

    Thank you if you can help me in simple language and would not be offended with go here, do this. Thank you!

    do you had any IP blocking plugin or some rules in .htacess you know about?

    if you had a plugin of such sorts then you can try loggin in after half hour or so.

    to disable the plugin, do so by renaming the plugins folder and revert when logged in.if you dont feel confident of doing it, please contact hosting support guys

    1) I have disabled all of the plug ins

    2) contacted my host server and they checked issues re Jetpack and Wordfence

    3) My IP address has been checked

    4) I am not confident re .htacess

    Any simple and easy steps to follow?

    did you tried with a different browser? or from different Network like 4g over Mobile phone.

    keep following up with hosting guys,if this doesnt get solved soon. give them a call.

    Through LOTS of trial and error

    …had to remove a line from my wp-config file which was caching my wordfence plugin, so the issue was indeed with that plugin.
