    Hi,

Enable checkbox for disable admin authorization in wp-staging settings. Than create a staging site.

Keep in mind that your staging site will be available for search engines than. This is not wanted in most cases.

    Regards,
    Rene

Thanks René for this cool tool.

I have the same error, but I guess I know why:

I use UltimateMembers and login is done from a frontend form.
As logged in administrator I still have access to wp-admin, but users withe lesser rights don’t. And not logged in of course I don’t have access to wp-admin.

Disable admin authorization works but of course I’d prefer the staging site to clone the login mechanism too.

This is not possible in your case as WP Staging does not know how your custom login script is working so it can not redirect the login url to the custom one. You have to secure your staging website separately with an external htaccess authentication.

I will think more about this, so hopefully i find a solution for this in the future.

    Thanks for the quick answer.
