Access denied to Plugins.php page

I noticed that the Plugins menu item was missing from the admin menu. When I go to the wp-admin/plugins.php page I get an “Access Denied” message.

I’m suspicious of the Advanced Access Manager plugin that I had installed to limit the access of certain custom roles, but I didn’t intend to make any changes to the Administrator role. I followed the instructions from this thread to remove items from the db, but it still didn’t get it back: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/locked-myself-out-of-an-area?replies=2

Anyone know how I can get my admin rights back?
