Access for other roles

Do you know how I can give access to this plugin for the Editor role?
I found a solution for this 8 months ago (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/access-for-lower-roles?replies=3), but after updating the Redirection plugin, it doesn’t seem to work anymore.
Editors can still access the plugin, but they can’t edit or create any new entries.
