• I want to find where I can customise form appearance when using Mailchimp for WordPress on a site built with Elementor (free version)

My ultimate goal is to have site visitors subscribed to Mailchimp when submitting the form, but also to maintain the appearance and responsiveness of the form that was created when using WPForms, and to replace it with a form from MC4WP so that form submissions are subscribed to the sites Mailchimp Account.

The WPForms form is added to the page by adding a WPForms Element to the page. The MC4WP form is added to the page using a shortcode Element. I copied the style from the WPForms element and pasted the style to the MC4WP element but this did not resolve the issue.

It seems each element is responding to different code (maybe css??? I don’t know) because they display and respond differently within the same/similar element

The main issues are 1. button width, 2. field responsiveness and 3. field height spacing (when viewed on mobile)

I have tried editing the html form code in the MC4WP form builder and also using the global Button and Form editor in Elementor

I’d be grateful of any assistance or a connection to someone who can provide advanced assistance.

I’ve added some screenshots to show the different appearance and responsiveness – I want to achieve the same appearance and responsiveness as the WPForms element (top one in screenshot) but use the MC4WP element so that submissions are subscribed. Using the WPForms element is not an option as the site owner doesn’t like the addition of the check-box that is required to link WPForm submissions with Mailchimp.

At present I need to maintain using free versions until the website/business starts generating an income.

I’m sure there is a way of editing the code that provides the appearance & responsiveness of the MC4WP element I just can’t find it or know what code to use.

Thanks for any assistance that can be provided.
