Access is gone after upgrading!

    Hi,

    Deactivate plugin and activate it again in
    Admin > Plugins

    It will be display again in admin area.

    So the menu is back. Thanks

    But the ticket system does not show on the main site any longer. Did you change the short code too?

    Hi,

    JS Support Tickets short codes are

    jssupportticket – show main control panel

    jssupportticket_addticket – show open ticket form

    jssupportticket_mytickets – show my tickets page
