access issue after upgrade to 14.8

After updating to v14.8, when navigating to:
https://mywebsite/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wps_browser_page
https://mywebsite/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wps_platform_pageand others, the response is: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
This did not occur for v14.7.2
