    Please check this link https://ecil.com.br/restrict-user-access.png
On the top menu option – I can choose who can see, roles and access levels.
First submenu option – I can choose who can see and roles but not access levels – I tried several times.
Second Submenu option – it′s not saving more roles neither access levels.
All of them are custom link options so what works for one menu option should work for all of them, right?

    Thank you for reporting this.

Do you mean that it is not possible to select any levels for the sub-menus, or that what you select simply isn’t saved?
What plugin are you using for the User Role access?

I′m using your plugin: Restrict User Access
    Pls check this img https://ecil.com.br/restrict-user-access.png
    – “espa?o colaboradores” menu option is ok
    – I want to give the same permissions to “Rh” menu option but it doesn′t save… when I open back the menu the options that I set are not there.

Apologies for the delayed response here.

Restrict User Access does not include the “Choose which roles to see this link” options, it only adds the “Access Levels” field, so there must be another plugin, unless your theme adds that functionality.

If the options are added by another plugin, would it be possible to disable that plugin and see if that resolves the issue? If it does, there is an incompatibility issue. I am unable to reproduce the problem on my end, as I can save Access Levels to sub-menus without problems.
