    Hi,
I’ve been testing out the set up for this and when I make a test purchase when logged in to my admin account I can view the ‘manage subscription’ page and see my purchases. But when I make a purchase without being logged in to my site I can make the purchase no problem, but when I try to view ‘manage subscription’ I get a message telling me to log in or create an account.

Does this mean that a user needs to create an account on my site in order to view their ‘manage subscription’ information? Is there any way this can be part of the purchase process, or does it have to be separate?

Just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly ??

    Thanks

    Hi,

yes, users must log in to see their subscriptions, or we wouldn’t know what subscriptions to show.

The purchase process always generates a user. Even when a user buys a subscription as a “guest” a user is created with their email. So if they need to log in, they just need to reset their password and sign in.

    Hope this answers your questions.

    Thanks,

Thank you! I hadn’t noticed that it created a user with the order.
I have to say your plugin is just excellent… I must have spent all day yesterday looking for a solution and trying all kinds of things until I found GetPaid, and it does exactly what I need it to do. It’s great! ??

Thanks for your kind words. Please consider giving it a review, it’d help us grow:

Is it possible to add a “Login” button to our website for the users to login to their account or is there a generic link we can send them if requested?

If you’re using UsersWP, there should be a link for users to view their invoices and subscription history.

If not, you can use any WordPress login form then add links to those pages in your WordPress menu.
