Access Restriction

I am saving some data in the folder named I want access to this data only if PHP code is executed. Is something like this possible ?
So, I want to restrict access by direct URL. Only if there is a PHP redirect from my own website should the files in this folder be opened. That is, it should not be accessed by typing the URL.
