    Hi there.

My clients will be happy to buy your excellent plugin but I need to check something before we enable our new site.

Everything works fine and the site admin can respond to tickets in front or back end. They’re happy with the system.

However, a management company who looks after faults also needs to be able to view all tickets and reply to them. The thing is, we don’t want that management company having any kind of admin access to the WordPress backend.

Could you offer a suggestion as to how best to achieve this please? (I thought I might protect the back end with a .htaccess password which the management company wouldn’t know, but I’d rather not do this).

    Your help is much appreciated.

    Kind regards
    Steve

You can setup agents, they have access to tickets on front end. You can pre-assign tickets to agents if you want privacy to assigned agents tickets.

Thanks for that. I also discovered the user level that allows limited backend access.

I’ll be invoicing the clients soon and will make sure that they pay for your excellent plugin too.

    Kind regads
