Access to customizing WP to Twitter values is not allowed for your user role

    ups, I think I’ve found it. there’re new options in plugin options page:

    • Choose the lowest user group that can add their Twitter information
    • Choose the lowest user group that can see the Custom Tweet options when posting
    • User groups above this can toggle the Tweet/Don’t Tweet option, but not see other custom tweet options.

    That solved the problem!
