  • You may need to manually update your password in the database, or try updating it, if you have not already.

Your account on www.ads-software.com and your account on any other website are two different accounts and are not linked at all. You will need to use the login details for your account ont hat site to log into that site.

If you don’t have or remember those details you can take some steps to manually reset your password through various methods outlined here:

    thank you for your replies!!

this is the message I get when I click on ‘forgot your passowrd’ link of versualapp.com/wp-admin :

    it directes me to :https://www.versualapp.com/lost-password/

    ”404 Error File Not Found

The page you are looking for might have been removed,
had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”

    please help!

Yor site is showing some things from outside of a standard WordPress installation. Firstly, the URL that it’s using for the lost password page is 100% custom. WordPress doesn’t use that URL, so something else is trying to control it. Second, when I look at the site, it comes p with a login for a very short time, then flicks across to a Mojo Marketplace “holding page”. I don’t know for sure, but it looks like you’ve used some of their services to do the installation.

I’d start off with asking at Mojo to see what they can tell you, and if that’s no help, aks your hosting company. If neither of those end up doing anything I’d suggest deleting everything, clearing the database completely, and doing a fresh manual install so that you don’t have any other outside things playing around with it.

thank you very much for your reply!!

I think I would like to cancel everything and restart fresh(bluehost already told me they cannot do anything for me).
Now hoe can I delete everything if I cant access my dashboard??
    thanks in advance!

You don’t need your dashboard at all.

What you need is your hosting logins and FTP detials. That way you can use FTP to delete all of the existing sites files, and then upload a new fresh version of WordPress that you’ve gotten from here. You’ll need the hosting accounts login details so you can use phpMyAdmin (or whatever tool your hosting company provides) to remove all of the existing database tables.

That will let you start with a blank site, and won’t have any “extras” that can be added in by the one-click installers.
