    Hello, tobias,

    i have 2 simple questions.

    I want to call up a JSON file from my local test server. Is that possible ?

    Can I change the table dynamically from another server?

    Sorry, I clarified the first question. The connection to an external server must be made using https.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    If the external JSON file is a simply two-dimensional array, you can import it as a table into TablePress (on the “Import” screen), yes. If it’s a more sophisticated JSON API, you’d have to write a custom intermediate wrapper in PHP first.
