    When you sign up for a trial membership you cannot see module 2-6 since they are only for members. When i then upgrade the membership of that account im testing with by entering a creditcard with stripe it will succesfully switch the acccount to paid member and i will see that also in the account page but when i try to access module 5 for example it is still not available. It takes about 10 minutes before the plugin realizes that it has to change the permissions. Is this because you guys use a cronjob to switch permissions when memberships get upgraded? Is there a way to change it to where i can get full access the second i pay via credit card because this is really bad in terms of business?

    Hello there @colonelmillersg21,

    hope you’re doing well today! ??

    As far as I know, there can be latencies due to the payment gateway, for example, Stripe may need a bit more time to inform back your website.
    I’ve already contacted our developers on this though to double check.
    I’ll keep you posted here as soon as possible!

    The cron job is done every 6 hours (by default), but it mostly checks for expired subscriptions. The access should be instant, as long as the payment goes through and the WP user is being added to the membership level.
    This could be happening due to some caching. Did you try to purge all involving caches and check again? Please advise! ??
