Access to Printful dashboard

    I have a user account setup as Woocommerce “SHOP MANAGER”, but it seems that when they login, they cannot get access to Printful’s DASHBOARD so they can view & see orders, etc

    Is the dashboard only accessible to ADMIN accounts?, because if so, that is a major problem?
