Access to Server Forbidden!

    I have had two new members report the following error when trying to save their profiles.
    ‘access to this section of the server is forbidden’

    Has anyone else seen this fault and what is the cause?

    It’s a 403 error on the users computer. No problems with any other user.

    This was a fault on the users computer.
