Access to WP-Admin denies

  • I just recently set up my website. Yesterday, I was able to log into WP-Admin fine – and today, I’m being denied access, with the following message:

    ERROR: Invalid username or e-mail.

    I’m using EXACTLY what I used to log in yesterday.

    Also, interestingly, the setup/layout of my website has been changed from yesterday as well.

    Any help you an provide is greatly appreciated.

    Please could you provide the URL to your website? And did you try to reset your password using the “Forgot password” function?

    Yes, I did try the “forgot password function,” however, it keeps telling me my username or email is not correct. Just weird… as I used it all day yesterday, and am attempting to use the same thing.

    Also of interest… now my website has been changed back to how it was yesterday, but all the ads are gone. Just weird…
