Access to wp-login after enabling custom login page

Hi,
As I was getting a lot of login attempts from bots I disabled your login security and enabled that from WordPress Simple Firewall. The problem is that you have to tick-off a checkbox which, obviously, only appears on the default login page.
I know this is not a problem with your plugin (thanks a lot by the way) but an oversight on my part.

My questions is; Is there a way to revert to the default login page? For example an alternative URL
