Access to XMLHttpRequest has been blocked by CORS policy

Hello, I have an issue on the Multidomain Version .at of the WPML-translated original site .de
The issue shows up in the contact form of the above mentioned page.
The Contact form 7 form has the following distribution configuration:

“General requests|[email protected]”
“Partner|[email protected]”
“Support|[email protected]”]When I am trying to send a Support request, I get the following console error:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘https://www.xxx.de/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/6/feedback’ from origin ‘https://www.xxx.at’ has been blocked by CORS policy: The ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header contains multiple values ‘https://www.xxx.at, https://www.xxx.at’, but only one is allowed.
