Access token Access token secret?

Hi,

I just installed the plugin and have registered for Twitter API access.
For Twitter settings the plugin needs API Key and API secret which I have but it also needs Access token and Access token secret. The only other code I got from Twitter is the Bearer token. As the plugin insists all fields are filled in, I’m at a loss.
Where are access token and access token secret found/created?
