• When someone clicks on the PayPal link on my website having put something in the cart, a message appears, “Access Token not found in cache”. What does this mean and how can I fix it? I have googled it, but have not been able to find anything helpful. I am uncertain what plugin (if any) may be causing the issue. I am using WordPress 6.1.6.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Unfortunately I can’t access your website because I get an SSL error. You should contact your hoster’s support team.

I also recommend getting in touch with WooCommerce’s support about your question via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ if you have any of their paid WooCommerce products or https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.

Thanks for replying. I don’t know why that should happen, that you get an SSL error. I can access it on mine in an incognito window. Can you try https://www.backinhumanform.com? And navigate to the shop.

The page does not work at all in Firefox because there is no setting for it on the server side. It works in Chrome. For your actual concern, I would still recommend WooCommerce support: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Thanks, threadi. Why is there no setting for it on the server side? I did most of the work on the website myself. I would have thought (in my innocence) that it would automatically work on all browsers, if it worked on one.

I will also contact Woocommerce support, thank you.

I can’t tell you that because I don’t know your server and its configuration. If you have support for the hosting, ask them. Otherwise, ask in a community that deals with the hosting system you use (which I can’t tell you as I don’t know your hosting either).

Many thanks. I fixed the problem with Firefox by resetting the SSL Certificate on my website and enabling the ‘OCSP Stapling’ option. I use the Really Simple SSL plugin.

I posted a message on WooCommerce also, using the unpaid link you gave me.
