Access Token Not working

    I logged into Facebook with 10Web social feed plugin. 10Web is active in FB Business Integrations. Screenshot proof: https://imgur.com/a/Twr5c3B

    But, after I linked the plugin to Facebook, it navigates to my Facebook fanpage. When I check my wordpress website, there is no token and I’m not able to choose my FB pages.

    Plugin version: Version 1.1.15

    Hi @zonwarrior,

    Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.

    Go to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and press Uninstall.
    Uninstall the plugin by following the steps in this video.
    Navigate to the Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD.
    Reinstall and activate it.
    Afterward, please authenticate your account and recreate your feeds.

    Hi Zhanna,

    Unfortunately, this did not work. The website does not detect the access token.

    Why would reinstalling the same version of this plugin fix the issue anyway? It didn’t work the first time.

    Please advise on the next steps.
