In the Private Site settings, I have entered a url that must be public in the permitted routes section but it does not work, in addition to the route do I have to enter something else? thank you

    Hi @iftech,

The Path that you’ve added to Allowed Path should be enough, but maybe it’s not written correctly. For example, to exclude https://example.com/privacy-policy/ you can use the rule /privacy-policy/

You can also add the page that members that are not logged in can access. This page can be added to Profile Builder -> Settings -> Private Website -> Allowed Pages.

    Best regards,

I want to make this page public, but even if I enter the url I don’t see it. It is an address to retrieve events, there is no page.

“It is an address to retrieve events, there is no page.”
Would it be possible to describe the above situation in more detail?

My site is private but I want a certain url to be reachable even without login. But it is not a wordpress page, it is a link generated by a plugin where I go to retrieve all the events to be imported into another site automatically. But insert the url in the settings of the plugin profile builder the link is cmq unreachable.

This might be a compatibility issue. Would it be possible to give us a link from where I can download the plugin you’re using to generate the link so I can try and replicate the issue?

The plugin is the events calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/, but to generate the link you need to purchase the Event aggregator license https://theeventscalendar.com/products/event-aggregator/.

Thanks for the support, I found another way, I import the events in the public site and I import them in the private one, this way it works.
