    Do you have a checkbox text set in your integration settings, on the MC4WP > Integrations > Comment Form page?

    Yes, I do and also in my contact forms.

    Hi @politicske,

    What’s weird is that if you have a checkbox text set in your integration settings, the plugin will already print that text inside the <label> element that is also wrapping the <input type="checkbox" />. This is enough for accessibility reasons, so I am not sure why the W3 validator is not picking up on that.

    I have retested after seeing your comment and I am seeing the w3 validator does not pick up the same issues. This was before the latest update. I think this was related to using the custom integration in my contact form. The contact form developers agreed to introduce an HTML box before the submit button in the next update where I can put this plugin’s checkbox and I will report back here after the update. Thanks.
